HGI (HerbertGleiter Institute of Nano-science), the “Special Disciplinary Zone”constructed by NJUST, was established in October 2012. HGI aims to combine Chinese cultural environment withwestern technological model so as to make scientific practice and institutional innovation.For this purpose, Prof. Herbert Gleiter, one of the well-known scientists inthe field of nanotechnology, was invited to join the NJUST and appointedto be the dean of HGI.
The information exchange will hold in April 9-10, 2018, Scripps Seaside Forum, San Diego. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Argonne National Laboratory(ANL), in cooperation with the China Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST), Tsinghua University(THU), and the Beijing Institute of Technology(BIT) are organizing this meeting, which is being hosted by the University of California, San Diego. Neware also be honored invited to this battery technology meeting and is one of sponsor in this information exchange.
